Equivalents (Parallel Lines) is an immersive two-channel video installation that investigates optical phenomena within a 2½-D space using vector-based graphics. Drawing inspiration from Norman McLaren's Lignes verticales (1960) and Lignes horizontales (1962), the installation invites viewers into a dynamic experience where an optical painting unfolds and continuously writes itself before their eyes.
